Fully Automatic Charpy Impact Testing Machine

A fully automatic Charpy impact testing machine that performs all processes automatically from setting the test specimen, measuring the test specimen dimensions, setting it on the support table, to measuring the impact value and data processing.

●Up to 300 test specimens can be tested continuously. It contributes to labor-saving, efficiency, and improved reproducibility of the Charpy impact test. ●Test specimen transport ⇒ Measurement of specimen thickness and notch depth ⇒ Setting on the sample stage ⇒ Automatic processing of measurement data.

Charpy Impact Tester (with Low Temperature Chamber, Semi-Automatic)

The Charpy impact testing machine with a low-temperature chamber has automated specimen transport.

●Temperature setting range: -40℃ to 40℃ ●The main switch of the impact testing machine automatically sets the test specimen on the sample stage and conducts the test. ●Up to 15 test specimens can be stored. ●By automating the test specimen setup, the accuracy of the specimen setup and the setup time (within 5 seconds) are standardized, eliminating human error.

Instrumentation Charpy impact testing machine

This is a system that attaches a load cell to the hammer impact blade (Charpy impact test) and the specimen support platform (tensile impact test) to measure the shock waveform.

● The impact force applied to the sample can be measured using a load converter. ● Changes in impact force over time can be measured.

Fully automatic Charpy impact testing machine (with constant temperature chamber)

This is an impact testing machine that can automatically conduct Charpy impact tests on plastic (edgewise) in a temperature environment of -40℃ to 80℃.

Under a temperature environment of -40℃ to 80℃, a Charpy impact test (edgewise) can be conducted on plastic. The series of operations, including setting the test specimen on the support table, opening the upper door of the constant temperature chamber, releasing the hammer, measuring the impact value, braking the hammer, lifting the hammer, and closing the upper door of the constant temperature chamber, is performed automatically.

Charpy Impact Testing Machine (with Low-Temperature Chamber) "Impact Testing Machine with Refrigeration Unit"

This is an impact testing machine with a low-temperature chamber that can conduct Charpy impact tests and Izod impact tests at low temperatures (-40℃).

- Charpy impact tests, Izod impact tests, tensile impact tests (only using the in-base method), and impact peel tests can be conducted at low temperatures down to -40℃. - The opening of the upper door of the low-temperature chamber and the hammer drop are automated. - Test specimens can be set on the specimen support table after cooling in the low-temperature chamber through a glove box, allowing the chamber temperature to be maintained consistently. - The refrigeration unit can be selected as either water-cooled or air-cooled. - The specimen fixing table for the Izod impact test uses an air-tightening method, ensuring no individual variation.
